We never sell your data.
What we collect when you visit this site, book a call or write to us. Why we collect it, who else handles it, and how to have it deleted.
Sunflower Consulting in Trondheim, Norway, is responsible for your personal data. Write to with any question.

We collect personal data in two places.
What we collect in each, why we need it, and how long we keep it.
Visiting this site
- What we collect
- Your IP (internet protocol) address, browser and the pages you asked for, in the host’s access logs.
- Why, and for how long
- To keep the site running and safe from abuse. The logs are kept for three days, with the end of the IP address removed, and then deleted.
Booking a call or writing to us
- What we collect
- Your name, work email, and what you tell us about your AI system and what you need. For one day we also keep a scrambled form of your IP address, so that a flood of messages can be stopped.
- Why, and for how long
- To reply, prepare for the call and, if we work together, write the proposal. We delete it once we no longer need it, unless we go on to sign a contract.
This site sets no cookies and counts no visits. One flag in your browser’s session storage lets the opening play once per visit; it holds nothing about you and is gone when the tab closes.
When we test your systems, what we see during the work is covered by our contract and data processing agreement instead.
A few services handle it for us.
They process personal data only on our instructions, under a data processing agreement.
Hosting
bunny.net (BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia) serves this site and its domain name from servers in the EU, and keeps its access logs for three days, with the end of each IP address removed.
Messages
Supabase stores what you send through Book a call, on servers in Frankfurt, Germany.
